Setup & Daily Use
How do I start using Hearvello?
- Fully charge the devices before first use.
- Choose an ear tip that fits comfortably and securely.
- Start at the lowest volume.
- Gently insert the hearing aid into the ear canal and rotate it slightly until it feels secure and comfortable.
- Increase the volume slowly until the sound feels comfortable.
- Wear it for short sessions at first while your ears adjust.
How long does it take to adjust?
Many users need a few days to adjust to amplified sound. Start with low volume and wear the device for short sessions during the first few days.
Can I use it while watching TV?
Yes. Hearvello is suitable for daily listening support while watching TV, having conversations, or spending time with family.
Can I use it outdoors?
Yes, it can be used outdoors for general daily listening support. Windy or very noisy environments may affect the listening experience, so we recommend starting in a quiet indoor environment first.
Can I wear both devices at the same time?
Yes. The pair set is designed for users who prefer support in both ears. New users can start with short wearing sessions before using both devices for longer periods.
Fit & Comfort
How should the device fit?
The hearing aid should sit securely inside the ear canal without pressure or pain. Try a different ear tip size if the fit feels loose or uncomfortable.
The ear tip should feel snug, but not painful.
Why are multiple ear tips included?
Different users have different ear canal sizes. Multiple ear tips help you find a more comfortable and secure fit. A better fit can also help reduce whistling.
What if the ear tip feels loose?
Try a larger ear tip and make sure the device is inserted securely. A loose ear tip can cause sound leakage and may increase whistling.
What if the ear tip feels uncomfortable?
Try a smaller ear tip or wear the device for shorter periods while adjusting. If discomfort continues, stop using the product and contact support.
Is the device heavy?
No. The product details show each unit is approximately 2.4g, making it lightweight for daily wear.
Charging & Battery
How do I charge the devices?
Place both devices into the charging case and make sure they are seated correctly. The case display and indicator lights help show charging status.
How long does the battery last?
Based on the product details, the devices are designed for up to 40 hours of battery life on a single charge, depending on volume level, environment, and settings.
How many times can the charging case recharge the devices?
The product details indicate that the charging case can recharge the devices approximately 6–7 times, with total usage support up to around 280 hours depending on actual use.
How do I know if the case is charged?
The charging case includes a digital display that shows the battery level. Charge the case when the battery level is low.
What charging port does it use?
The product uses a Type-C charging port according to the product structure details.
Sound & Whistling
Why do I hear whistling?
Whistling, also called feedback, can happen when sound leaks from the ear canal and is picked up again by the microphone. It is commonly related to fit, volume, or placement.
How can I reduce whistling?
- Lower the volume before wearing the device.
- Try a larger ear tip.
- Make sure the ear tip is inserted securely.
- Place the device correctly behind the ear.
- Keep the ear tip and sound outlet clean.
Why does everything sound loud at first?
If you are new to hearing support devices, amplified sound may feel unusual at first. Start with low volume and wear the device for short periods while adjusting.
Does Hearvello reduce background noise?
Hearvello uses digital sound processing designed to support everyday listening. Sound performance can vary depending on environment, fit, volume level, and individual needs. No hearing support device can remove all background sounds completely.
What does 32-channel digital processing mean?
32-channel digital processing refers to the device's ability to process sound across multiple frequency ranges to support everyday listening.
Care & Cleaning
How do I clean the device?
Use the included cleaning brush to gently remove earwax or debris from the ear tip and sound outlet. Do not wash the device with water.
How often should I clean it?
For best performance, clean the ear tips and sound outlet regularly, especially after daily use.
What is the UV cleaning light for?
The charging case includes a UV light feature designed as an additional storage-care feature while the devices are placed inside the case.
For best performance, please still clean the ear tips and sound outlet regularly with the included cleaning brush. Do not wash the devices with water.
Is it waterproof?

Hearing Journey
Why does sound feel strange at first?
After a long period of reduced hearing, the brain may need time to get used to everyday sounds again. Voices, footsteps, dishes, paper, or your own voice may feel louder at first.
This adjustment is normal for many new hearing-aid users. Start with low volume and increase wearing time gradually.
Stage 1: Auditory Awakening — first 1-3 months
- Common feeling: sounds may feel sharp, noisy, or unfamiliar.
- Best approach: begin in quiet rooms and wear the devices for short sessions.
- Daily practice: add listening time slowly and practice with familiar voices or natural sounds.
Stage 2: Listening Adaptation — around 3-6 months
- Common feeling: you may hear more, but understanding speech in noise can still be challenging.
- Best approach: practice short conversations, repeat key words, and use captions when helpful.
- Goal: help your brain reconnect sound, speech, and meaning over time.
Stage 3: Social Confidence — around 6-12 months
- Common challenge: family gatherings, phone calls, and public places may still take practice.
- Best approach: gradually try more real-life listening environments.
- Helpful tip: face the speaker, reduce background noise when possible, and ask people to speak clearly.
